I usually am able to get items created closer to the shorter time estimate given, but it sometimes takes longer depending on my supplier and mail couriers.

Processing time is typically 1-3 days for items that are already made. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Made-to-order items take 7-14 days to complete. If it ends up taking longer, I will message you personally about the delay.

Customs may take 2-6 weeks to ship. Depending on the supplies I have in stock and how long it will take to dry.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that’s a replacement or refund.

Due to the handmade and often customized nature of my decoden accessories, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Additionally, for hygiene reasons, hair accessories are considered personal-use items. Once worn or tried on, they cannot be safely returned or restocked.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to me. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right!
